IEEE CASS Student Travel Awards

Thanks to the generous support from the IEEE CASS, we will provide scholarship awards to selected students attending MWSCAS 2025 in person. These awards are competitive, and not every applicant will receive funding.

The minimum amount of financial assistance provided to each student will be $600, depending on the availability of funds. Awardees are expected to register for the main conference and arrange their own travel and accommodation. After the conference, awardees will be reimbursed through the IEEE travel expense reimbursement process.

Eligibility

Students receiving these grants must have had their papers selected for presentation at the MWSCAS 2025 they plan to attend.
A faculty member must confirm that the nominee:

is an undergraduate or graduate student and
is an IEEE CASS student member.

The nominee must state in the application that he/she will attend the conference to present the paper.

Preference will be given to students who have accepted papers and present them at the 2025 IEEE 68th International Midwest Symposium on Circuits and Systems (MWSCAS 2025) and to students who do not have other means to support their attendance.
